Log your “Will Attend” at GCB331A!
Our homeschool Wild and Free group would like to learn about GeoCaching! If any cachers would like to come and share your experience of this hobby, please feel free to come and speak briefly to our group! We'd love to hear your expertise! (Expect children around ages 3-14). Then we can socialize!
We plan to hide our own cache on this site, and make it fun – if possible we're thinking we'd like to do a multi-cache so each of the kids can hide a little container, leading to a bigger one at the end.
Bring your own picnic! There are picnic tables, and we usually eat together. (However, there are no bathrooms – sometimes there is a port-a-potty, but we can't rely on it.) There are play areas for the kids, and after we eat and talk about Geocaching we'll do a very short hike to the cave and stream further back in the woods.
This should be a very simple event, but hopefully fun, and we can enjoy being in nature! (Rain or shine!)
