We welcome you to the beautiful Tennessee Valley! We’ve put together a list of bookmarks to geoart and cache series in the area that we recommend if time permits.

Anchors AweighAnchors Aweigh Series – 25 caches
The Anchors Aweigh series was placed in honor of the men of the US Navy who have served in the defense of our country. Each cache is dedicated to one of the warships involved in battle. If you find all the caches in the series, you’ll reveal some nice GeoArt on your cache map.


America The Beautiful Series – 10 caches (so far)
Caches based around the minted quarters showing off our national treasures.

Bow TieBow Tie Series – 48 caches
A little series dedicated to all you Chevy fans out there. Each cache requires you to solve some simple Chevy trivia. If you find all the caches in the series, you’ll reveal some nice GeoArt on your cache map.


Cherokee Legends Series – 25 caches
Hidden by Team Geologynut, these caches are a tribute to Mrs. Geologynut’s great grandmother who was full blood Cherokee and the Cherokee people, their traditions,stories, and legends.

Chinese Zodiac Series – 12 caches
Caches based on the rotating cycle of the twelve animal signs of the Chinese zodiac.

Ground Zero Series – 10 caches
Caches based on Groundspeak’s baseline coordinates for several cities in the area.

High Point Series – 10 caches (so far)
Caches based around the minted quarters showing off our nation’s highest points.

State Quarter Series – 57 caches
Caches based around the minted state quarters.

Tellico Parkway Series – 7 caches
Caches placed along the Tellico Parkway.

TN State StarThe Tennessee State Star – 51 caches
This GeoArt is part of a Nationwide Project; THE USA 50 STATE STAR GEOART celebrating every state in the USA! There are clues you must gather along the way when collecting the first 50 caches to get the 51st, so be sure to read the description for #51 before beginning your journey.


Ursus AmericanusUrsus Americanus (Coming soon) – 115 caches
Black bears (Ursus americanus) are one of Tennessee’s treasures mostly inhabiting the eastern border of the state. The highest densities of bears reside in the Cherokee National Forest and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Within the cache descriptions are the easy answers to the final coordinates to each of the caches. If you find all the caches in the series, you’ll reveal some nice GeoArt on your cache map.


Zodiacache Series – 13 caches
Caches based on the 12 signs of the zodiac and placed throughout the TN Valley at spots relative to the particular symbol of each cache.
